This was for me the best song of The Muppet Show, it was made in 1976, the first episode of The Muppet Show to be recorded used "Mahna mahna" as the first skecth. It was performed by "Mahana-Mahna & The Snowths"


believe or not this was not the original song...."Mah Na Mah Na" debuted as part of Umiliani's sounstrack for the italian mondo film Svezia: Infierno e Paradiso(Hell & Heaven) in 1968, the lead part was sung by italian singer/composer Alessandro Alessandroni....
